Insulated Wall Panels

The Sandwich Panel:
The StructureCast Sandwich Panel offers complete edge-to-edge insulation while connector pins eliminate thermal bridging. The two concrete layers absorb and radiate each temperature independently and without transference.

Thermal Mass Effect:
The StructureCast Building System has a three-layer wall that consists of two layers of concrete, completely separated by a solid insulation barrier. It thus functions like an ice chest.

ASHRE third-party testing has been completed to confirm this thermal mass performance by The Oak Ridge National Laboratory and is accepted by Pacific Gas and Electric Company as a creditable efficiency measurement.

Prefabricated  Modular Buildings

StructureCast has been manufacturing custom prefabricated precast concrete buildings for over fifteen years and is the licensed manufacturer of the nationally recognized Easi-Set brand of pre-engineered precast concrete building systems for the Western US.  Additionally, we are a Certified Commercial Modular Manufacturer by the State of California Department of Housing and Community Development.
