Brent Dezember
Brent is the co-founder, co-owner, and General Manager of StructureCast. In addition, he has founded and managed a ready-mix concrete company serving central California as well as a real estate development firm. Brent has over thirty-five years of construction experience and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance. He understands the objectives and needs of construction projects and specializes in implementing innovative strategies. Brent has served on the National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA) Executive Committee and on its Board of Directors as Chairman.
Tom Stenger
Tom has been with StructureCast for over twenty years and has worked with precast concrete molds for over thirty years. Many different molds have been made, from the basic fabrication of flat molds to the specialty molds of architectual panels and use of rubber liners. Tom has graduated from Precast Concrete Institute of America (PCI) Quality Control Courses Levels I and II, American Concrete Institute (ACI) Field Technician Grade I and the National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA) Production and Quality School. He also holds the distinguished honor of Master Precaster as awarded by the National Precast Concrete Association.
Tony Vargas
Tony has been with StructureCast for over twenty-five years and has been involved in all forms of casting. He is also a graduate of the California Precast Association’s Quality School. Tony has extensive experience with the manufacture and delivery of all of StructureCast’s precast concrete products. He is responsible for managing all phases of production including rebar, pour, finish, and load.
Anna Dezember
Anna is the co-founder, co-owner, and President of StructureCast. Anna has over thirty years of construction experience and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics with a Minor in Business Administration. Anna is responsible for leading the business development and marketing efforts for StructureCast, as well as managing client relationships to improve customer retention levels and grow the customer base within the highly competitive construction market.
Bryce Sterling
Bryce has spent over a decade working on the front end of developments to align client objectives with project outcomes. He understands a detailed approach to discovery will ensure success on the most complex projects. Bryce has completed the National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA) Production Quality School Levels I & II. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration with Concentrations in Management and Marketing.
Daren Brians
Daren has spent more than ten years scheduling and managing teams to deliver consistently on time products. His understanding of resource allocation allows him to keep several projects on time simultaneously, and his experience enables him to foresee and overcome unexpected challenges in production. Daren has completed the National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA) Production Quality School Levels I & II.
Brian Foley
Brian has graduated from Precast Concrete Institute of America (PCI) Quality Control Courses Levels I and II, American Concrete Institute (ACI) Field Technician Grade I and the National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA) Production and Quality School. Brian also holds certificates in PCI Mix Design and continues to lead StructureCast’s successful achievements of industry high-quality performance plant certifications including PCI, NPCA and Caltrans Certified Plant Certifications.
Levon Gulbenkian
Levon has over thirty years of experience in the Precast Concrete Industry with extensive experience in engineering design, project management, drafting and coordination. Levon graduated from Polytechnic University of New York in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Levon is a licensed professional engineer in California (since 1987) and Nevada (since 1991).
Mariano Lupercio
Mariano has been with StructureCast twenty-one years. He is a certified welder and rigger and has extensive experience in the production and field installation of architectural precast and Easi-Set prefabricated modular buildings.
Jorge Tafolla
Jorge has been with StructureCast sixteen years. He is a certified welder and rigger and has extensive experience in the production and field installation of architectural precast and Easi-Set prefabricated modular buildings.
